Great pay and benefits, including PTO. Department leadership was very strong and well organized. clear guidelines and procedures were provided. i received regular feedback to know where i was doing well and where i needed improvement.
Cons
Cargill is a massive company with very high turnover. unfortunately this means that departments can get cut or outsourced very quickly as was the case with my department. I hold no ill will for my department being cut since Cargill was very transparent in the processed and offered a great severance package. It is however very difficult to feel appreciated in such a large company and its very easy to feel like you are just another number. As a customer service rep you also deal with a lot of angry customers and a lot of verbal abuse
