      Flexible hours and work arrangements if you get in with the right management Experience - the jobs teach a lot Facility Stability

      Cons

      Minimal advancement - jobs aren't longer available in the US. They are being moved to other countries so the opportunities are less. Equal pay - equal pay amongst staff is not at its strongest
