Went downhill fast - Customer Service Professional Cargill Employee Review

This BU for Cargill was a wonderful place when I started there. Lots of engagement and a positive place to work. In the past 18 months the Gainesville Office has suffered many upper management changes and the employee morale is at its lowest point ever. This is a shame since there are good people working there but the honest, seasoned employees are leaving quickly. Thus the abusers of their environment are all that is left. Backstabbing seems to be accepted as well as supervisors sweeping issues under the rug. The culture was wonderful. Now it is tanked.
