      Good pay as an intern.

      Cons

      Training process was not very well organized. Poor communication between employees and managers. Attitude of employees was poor and they complained a lot about the company and the management.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
