      Ethical company - Cargill does what's right and is very serious about it. Very good work environment - people treat each other well and the company has more of an informal way.

      Cons

      Difficult in setting goals and targets and communicate people about them More difficult in making people account of those goals and targets The company still maintains its paternalistic root.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
