HUGE turnover rate. Management doesn't care about the people, everyone doesn't care just trying to get through the job. Not friendly or supportive management. Hard to work with coworkers to do the job that think the plant is a highschool. They say they care about home work life balence, but they don't. If you're a profesional, no room for advancement at mason city location, they don't want you to train or learn new job skills. Its like they are waiting for the younger college kids to come in with no experience and expect them to know anything about manufacturing.
