good company good values, good name for future jobs, a great school to learn everything about agro-business, decent salaries.
Cons
big organization with a lot of layers and bureaucracy, slow to take desitions or make structural changes, seniority level important for career progress, exceeded in implementing Cargill culture all time, sometimes really annoying.
