Pros
Guaranteed 36 hours of work per week, Good insurance, are able to cover domestic partners on the insurance, have health,dental, and eye insurance
Cons
Sometimes have to start two hours early on Monday's, some departments are only guaranteed 24 hours, insurance deductibles are outrageous, if you do not have Cargill insurance, you can not participate in their well-being check ups, some departments work ten hours frequently and do not get overtime until they have worked forty hours, starting in the fall until after New Years Eve, they work every Saturday
