Pros
The people have the right attitude and are the core strength of the company.
Cons
Core values are followed only when convenient and don't affect operations. There is a disconnect between top management and employees at site levels and this is mostly due to lack of information communicated from site to corporate through middle managers. Work life balance is not as important as it once was. example: The company restricts all work to less than 16 hours but this only applies when convenient.
