Cargill Business Services (CBS Bangalore) is the worst company ever worked with. The management is handled by unethical people. Most manager's do not know how to hand people. They spoil many individual career's, loyal employees are not appreciated and no efforts made to retain them. It looks very evident that some managers working here have joined with the influence of some of the senior managers already with Cargill and what ever feedback given on your manager goes in vain and falls in deaf ears as they all are close aids who had worked together in previous organisations. The teams are so mismanaged that even while you quit the company you will be made to run around to get your full and final settlement. Most employees working here do not have any kind of corporate etiquette. The managers are the worst lot here, do not have the qualities of a manager. there is absolutely no work life balance. Most importantly the HR and its team have no idea about the job they do. Be careful with the pay packages, they have lot of variable components, your take home salary will be very less.
