      Pros

      Career starter. Built relationships within the company & with outside customers. Exposure to new opportunities. Fast paced but rewarding in the end.

      Cons

      Communication with other B.U.'s was not the best. Other B.U.'s did not know Cargill as a whole had a flavor house.
