      Pros

      Good salary, good benefits, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Easy for one supervisor to make your life a living hell especially when you manager won't stand up for you. Caters to the younger crowd. You are asked to provide goals that you would like to accomplish in the next year, but none of mine were ever met.

      Great benefits, time off, people were nice.

      Cons

      Very busy workplace - worked a lot of overtime. (Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate). Not a lot of procedures in place, so felt like a startup.
