Pros
Great work life balance. Lots of freedom to do your job in a way that matches your personality. If you have a positive attitude and get in with the right crowd, you can go far. Helps to be a woman. Pay is ok.
Cons
Super political. You need to be in with the right people to be noticed or advance. Development process is 100% project manager driven. Takes 4 times as long to do a project at Cargill then any other place I have worked.
