Pros
Above average pay, and usually a very easy job. This is the kind of job where you can clock in and sit down and have a coffee for an hour. All the over time you want, no questions asked.
Cons
Equipment falling apart, nothing gets fixes only duck taped, moldy, slimy, unsanitary work environment, everything is the fault of the operators, management are always right, have to be willing to scoop up dirty product and sent it out to customers.
