      Way too much bureaucracy (they're trying to get rid of this post-layoffs), risk-averse, you have to stay 20+ years if you want to move into any sort of managerial role

      Great benefits, time off, people were nice.

      Very busy workplace - worked a lot of overtime. (Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate). Not a lot of procedures in place, so felt like a startup.
