-You never have to leave the company in order to switch around to new roles or teams. -Good Development programs that are free for employees -Good PTO and Worklife Balance
Cons
-Upward mobility is there but internal hires tend to make less than externals one. -If you move up too often you will gain a sort of negative view from upper Mgnt. -Rumors but last I heard there was a posibility of more In Office reqs.
