2024 layoffs Despite being a slim team with a heavy workload, the recent company-wide restructuring resulted in more thinning which was not performance or seniority-based. Snipping off valuable team members who pulled more than their weight. Sometimes there aren't enough people to get jobs done, which fluctuates with the seasons Getting contractors instead of full-time employees when the immediate management pushed for having full-time employees but upper management cut costs
