      Good pay, good food, good benefits

      Management doesn't care about you, will work you until your hurt, you get hurt you get drug tested and punished weather it was your fault or not.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
