      Large and stable. Has been around for almost 160 years. The salaries were competitive and people used to be treated very well. Great work/life balnce

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
