Pros
good pay and benefit, lots of department and good people to work with. overall speaking it's a good company. lots of seasoned colleagues to learn from.
Cons
lots of politics and things moves pretty slow. risk aversion is always the top priority when making decision (understandable though). sometimes you will have to watch your six as corporate ladders are narrow and some might ambush you so that they can move up.
