This job comes with lots of hours, decent pay, steady work, discounts on product, offers insurance, as well as opportunity for vacation/personal hours.

Cons

Long hours, confusing bonus/salary system, a fair amount of drama and a high turnover rate. It was simply too draining for me!

I like the people. I enjoy the actual work. There is no room for growth unless it's management.

Cons

Point system that they have is not family friendly at all. The actual work is really enjoyable the coworkers are great. Management need to be held more accountable.
