Pros

A fun atmosphere, great benefits and the variety of product you can buy at a discounted rate is phenomenal. Supervisors are fun and easy to work with. When an associate has a family or medical issues they work with them so they can stay employed.

Cons

As always you have people that are negative about most things. A job is what you make of it. There are many people here that have been here for over 20 years. That says something about the company. Recently during the holiday season the CEO and the VP of Operations were working on the floor with the employees processing product.

Hot/Cold weather would affect the warehouse. But they have moved to a new location since which seems better fit.

I like the people. I enjoy the actual work. There is no room for growth unless it's management.

Cons

Point system that they have is not family friendly at all. The actual work is really enjoyable the coworkers are great. Management need to be held more accountable.
