I enjoy the flexible hours and added raise that reflex my work.

Cons

The costumers we deal with are either very uncomfortable or very sweet. Since I'm trained in many positions I get put in different areas without notice sometimes.

I like the people. I enjoy the actual work. There is no room for growth unless it's management.

Cons

Point system that they have is not family friendly at all. The actual work is really enjoyable the coworkers are great. Management need to be held more accountable.
