HR acts entirely as a shield for these toxic managers rather than an impartial department. They blindly accept management's narratives without conducting fair investigations or listening to the accused. Furthermore, management actively stalks and monitors employees' personal social media accounts, even when those employees are out on approved medical leave, and HR explicitly defends this invasion of privacy as acceptable.
