Cons
Senior leadership is incompetent, overpaid, and never held accountable. Sustaibaility efforts are a joke--they preach sustainabilty and yet don't recycle in most of their stores. Caribou likes to give the apperance of being a "hip, cool, laid back" company--they are the exact opposite once you get on the inside. Have heard extremely inappropriate things from the mouths of VPs, regarding their own employees. They send out an "engagement survey" every few months and then do nothing to address what's making employees miserable. Employees who voice concerns regarding new HR policies are "talked to" by their managers and told to "get on board." Total disregard for anyone below management level.
