      I enjoy working at my Caribou because it is in my neighborhood. People are generally friendly. The young people that I work with are fun.

      Cons

      I don't feel that corporate recognizes long time team members as a valuable asset to their coffee company.

      Pros

      The customers are amazing and the job itself is very easy and doesn’t demand much work.

      Cons

      I was terminated after “complaining” about management and was treated unfairly until I had to leave. They were not trying to keep me in the company after I started complaining that I haven’t gotten raise in 2 years.
