      Pros

      With an emphasis on "making connections", working at Caribou helped mold my customer service skills. Getting to know your regulars is a lot of fun. Overall, it's a good high school/college job.

      Cons

      Working the drive-thru can be stressful and incredibly frustrating. There's A LOT of cleaning involved when working here.

      Pros

      The customers are amazing and the job itself is very easy and doesn’t demand much work.

      Cons

      I was terminated after “complaining” about management and was treated unfairly until I had to leave. They were not trying to keep me in the company after I started complaining that I haven’t gotten raise in 2 years.
