      Pros

      Most coworkers are fun to work with and the same goes for the clientele. You get to interact with great customers and get to know the "regulars". They genuinly care about Caribou and you and love coming in to relieve the stress of their workdays. Plus the benefits offered are second to none.

      Cons

      The pay is so-so and you can only move up so much. (generally to store manager) Often you rely on the tips recieved on a daily basis.

      Pros

      The customers are amazing and the job itself is very easy and doesn’t demand much work.

      Cons

      I was terminated after “complaining” about management and was treated unfairly until I had to leave. They were not trying to keep me in the company after I started complaining that I haven’t gotten raise in 2 years.
