      Pros

      Tips, if you like fighting for them, Free shift drink is nice, free beans is okay, but you will already be sick of coffee.

      Cons

      Benefits poorly communicated, Told I was being hired for full time, handbook says full time work before 6 mos still earns time off but you can't use it until you have been there six months. I finally got to six months and they didn't give me any PTO. I just started earning it now. I feel so cheated.

      Pros

      Usually nice coworkers, good regulars, tips can be really good if you’re working busy shifts

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. General managers are hit or miss and if yours is bad, you’re screwed and they won’t be held accountable. Some coworkers are bullies with no repercussion. Unfair task delegation. Hard to get full time hours unless you’re upper management.
