Pros
I enjoyed most of the people I worked with and the customers and regulars were great. Learning how to make drinks and about coffee in general is a lifelong skill I can take with me.
Cons
My manager constantly slept or spent hours on the personal phone calls, then yelled at me. She would bring her offspring in on their off days and they would run rampant and cause massive disruptions. Human resources did no follow up and working conditions were awful.
