      You find out what you are reviewed on during your review. Human Resources director consistently late on programs due to high turnover Zero teamwork at Director level, zero focus on company vision Get it in writing. Policies changed without notice, policies ignored but not updated.

      Free drink but only one per shift

      Cons

      Upper management absolutely awful and out of touch. DM’s and DO’s do not care about your well being. Preach this whole attitude of togetherness but it’s fake and they only care about sales and numbers. This company has gone downhill fast and I am actively job hunting.
