      You're allowed to be yourself and have fun. You're not on lockdown and being watched like a hawk. You're allowed to grow and learn at your own pace.

      If you don't have good management none of the above applies. It all depends.

      Free drink but only one per shift

      Cons

      Upper management absolutely awful and out of touch. DM’s and DO’s do not care about your well being. Preach this whole attitude of togetherness but it’s fake and they only care about sales and numbers. This company has gone downhill fast and I am actively job hunting.
