Pros
The people you work with and for are phenomenal, and full of character. A relaxed atmosphere where if you just do your best you will be very happy. A place I am proud to say I work for, and even more happy to recommend it to even my closest friends. I spend a good portion of my day thanking people for what they do for our guests and for me. Caribou Coffee stores are warm and inviting, an open place that makes you happy to work there.
Cons
As a DM there has recently been a lot of turnover, but it is truly because we are constantly looking for the right people to help move our company even further. Compensation is ok for Team Member and Supervisors, but DM pay is at the lower end of comparable companies.
