      Pros

      The company has a great product that it is easy to believe in. Overall, the company is supportive of its employees and provides a fair amount of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Like many companies, they are so focused on cutting costs out of the business, they end up cutting back too far and leaving their stores understaffed, expecting the lowest paid employees in the organization to take up the slack.

      Pros

      Usually nice coworkers, good regulars, tips can be really good if you’re working busy shifts

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. General managers are hit or miss and if yours is bad, you’re screwed and they won’t be held accountable. Some coworkers are bullies with no repercussion. Unfair task delegation. Hard to get full time hours unless you’re upper management.
