Great environment, doesn't pay enough, too much pressure - Assistant General Manager Caribou Coffee Employee Review

The pressure from upper management to always perform is truly insane. I've worked at this company for over three years, and despite consistent exceptional performance reviews, was always told to keep doing more, keep helping other stores, keep coming in on my days off. I didn't have a consistent schedule or a life outside of work, because anytime I tried to have that I was told my "attitude wasn't right." I left Caribou Coffee because I was tired of working all the time and only making $29k a year.
