Pros
Free coffee. Coffee knowledge - Caribou is good about teaching its employees all about coffee. A fun atmosphere to work in. Potential growth in the company (if you play by the rules). Amazing customers.
Cons
No breaks (how is that even legal). Caribou claims that if someone needs a break they can take one but there should be a time if someone is working over 6 hours that they can take a break and not get called back to work if it's busy. Understaffed - got many customer complaints about not being taken care of because of the low staff numbers. DMs are hit or miss - you either get a really good one or a really bad one. It's hard to want to work when you only hear negative things about your store. There needs to be more constructive criticism, not negative criticism. Management has favorites and sticks to them like glue. Far too much work and not enough pay.
