Pros
Free coffee Employee discount usually flexible
Cons
Doesn't pay its employees enough Discourages and shames talks about money, which is completely legal to do Acts like it cares about you when in many cases it doesn't Yeah, thats right, keep reading you sucker for negativity and some good old tea After a while you learn that Caribou Coffee only choose an action as a company to further its goal of making money for management and those who are payed more in their company. They act progressive in the news but they are still a filthy capitalistic company inside. Like the toxic ex you decided to leave because you saw what they were doing to you, Caribou Coffee should be cautiously considered as an employment option. OH well WELLL, some examples finally Case 1: Caribou Coffee has repeatedly made hires that start out at higher wages than those already working at the store. This is not right and should not be tolerated. Caribou has likely had high turnover because of this specific issue and its detrimental effect on employee moral, which Caribou thinks they can solve by telling people to not talk about their wages. Ridiculously stupid. In this post-capitalistic hellscape one day hopefully they will join the other capitalistic dinosaurs in a well deserved death, or perhaps they could redeem themselves by actually paying fair wages and thus keeping their employees for longer. But I have more confidence in Jesus returning, and I am a hardcore atheist. I hope this sick burn sounds as good as I think it sounds in my head. But for real, Caribou, BUDDY? Just treat your workers fairly and pay them well so they'll stay employed with you longer. Its a smart business move, and believe me I know. Oh and take a look at your reviews on here if you don't believe any of what I have said
