Not very good - Barista Caribou Coffee Employee Review

Terrible training, was barely trained at all because it was so busy and was expected to know how to do everything. Difficult to get time off, was accidentally scheduled for 2 shifts in one day (11 hours) and was expected to find someone to cover or I’d have to work both shifts. Super stressful and a lot of customers are very rude. I requested that I have Mondays off and told my manager and was denied and kept being scheduled on Mondays despite not being able to work. Overall just really bad training and not a very fun place to work.
