      Decent pay for the work, generally good environment, ability to make connections with regulars, mostly enjoyable work

      Cons

      If you're not friends with your general manager/district manager, you're in for a rough time. My general manager did not like me and preferred the other assistant general manager, so he reported me to the DM for things I did not do or things taken wildly out of context. He never discussed these things of concern with me directly. It was all very Mean Girls "you can't sit with us."

      Pros

      Usually nice coworkers, good regulars, tips can be really good if you’re working busy shifts

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. General managers are hit or miss and if yours is bad, you’re screwed and they won’t be held accountable. Some coworkers are bullies with no repercussion. Unfair task delegation. Hard to get full time hours unless you’re upper management.
