Pros
I worked with Caribou Coffee in Kuwait, The Brand has great Products to sell, even the Brand has an acceptability across the consumers. They were really doing good in Kuwait compare to other coffee Shops chain. They have good Training System in Place. However with Wrong people led business.
Cons
The Brand seems to be people friendly, however the Environment at Their corporate office makes life difficult. The Higher Management has huge gap in communication with fellow workers and Store teams. One of the reason could be that all of them are different Nationality. (Lebanese, Indian, Egyptian and Philipinos) The company is not performance oriented Rather every one supports or seek support from their fellow Nationality. Which makes them unfair.. Most of the Team Members, Supervisor, and Store Teams are just waiting for their contract terms to be finish.
