Pros
It was a fun first job that helps build good people skills, leadership skills, and time management. I worked there through high school and college and made some great friends there.
Cons
Everything is very automated, so you don't build the same type of barista skills as you would at an independent coffee shop. Often they wouldn't staff extra for deal days which made them very hectic.
