Micromanaged to the point of absurdity. This is making everyone stressed out and morale is low as a result. They keep hiring more and more managers and no people that can do the work. Following the trendy management style is overpowering the expertise needed for IT work. Management seems to be more concerned with numbers/metrics and perception than they are caring for people, including TSG employees. The behavior of management here is something I have witnessed many times and it never ends well.
