Thank you for your comments. We do offer benefits, however. Our caregivers receive specialized training, a competitive salary, PTO, and paid holidays. We are sorry that you weren't able to enjoy your time working with us. As you know, there are a lot of variables in home care, and schedules change or shifts fall through, resulting in last-minute changes. While we do the best we can to mitigate inconveniences, it's part of working in this industry.
