It's a far drove from my house

Not having to work weekends.

Mean girls, petty drama, gossip, no teamwork, passive aggressive behavior and comments, favoritism, hypocritical. You are under paid for all you do and go through and are always expected to do more and more with less and less. You are expected to sit and take it and “be nice” or “be more understanding” and if you don’t YOU are the problem and get labeled as “difficult” or “doesn’t work well with others”. Really drains your mental health
