Pros
Carleton generously rewards its employees and provides a stimulating environment within which to work. The institution prides itself on its exceptionally high academic standards and professionalism.
Cons
As in any corporate environment, contrary opinions are not kindly tolerated by some. Often times bad political decisions have resulted in less experienced people in important positions, while good personnel can be ushered out the door. Keep your eyes and ears open to some gender and age discrimination.
