Pros
Easy load of work Free insurance
Cons
1. no freedom in this company, IT team is strictly monitoring employees' activity inch by inch, computers are monitored, desk landlines are recorded, even office spaces are under watched by surveillance cameras. 2. Under paid hourly salary. Comparing to other companies, most hourly salaries are 2~4 dollars less than general. QCs start with $16, QAs start with $14, Maintenance $12, Warehouse $11, Operators $11. 3. no one appreciate your work, Yes, I understand employees are hired to do their jobs, but more you do, the better chance that you put yourself into troubles. If you help other team or department, management sees it you owed the company, because they paid you. You are just doing what you supposed to do. No one will ever say thank you, but if anything goes wrong. GUESS WHO IS GOING TO BE BLAMED. 4. No room to grow. Duhhh.... Its A family owned business, of course family members are the bosses in this company ( they mostly are supervisors or specialists), If any supervisor leaves the company, they always hire from outside instead promote current employees. No matter how long have you been working in this company, NOPE, other side of grass is always greener. Outsiders are always smarter. 5. Top management is a mess. CEO and directors (yes, all directors are newly hired from outside of the company) don't have a clue of company's direction. They turned a profited company into a black hole of debts. Lots of experienced supervisors left this company after the new management took over. some of them were worked in this company 10+ years.
