No real cons I enjoy the work

Great products involving cutting edge technology. Self directed work environment with excellent access to resources. Opportunity to work on a variety of project. Great opportunities for travel. Management is treats employees fairly.

Limiated support given to implimenting new ideas (Agile methodology for example). Senior management is not effective at communicating vision for company and making sure everyone is on board. while the company has many strong employees, there are a number that are non contributors and that brings the whole organization down.
