Pros
You can get a decent pay if you negotiate but forget about getting a good raise. Your loyalty to the chief can get you a promotion as long as you can suck up and you're heart is "in the right place". This is a good place to work if you have good back scratching skills and making the yellow colored beverage popular in the summer and don't mind staying in your cubicle from 8 to 5 doing or showing busy work.
