Management is abusive and HR will not take action. There was derogatory personal comments, lack of direction due to incompetence which led to blaming employees. Culture is of blame on employees if things are not exactly going the way management wants or expects and often unreasonable. Lack of respect for women and individuals from outside North America. Pay for these individuals are also significantly less than others. Core behaviors they want are only rhetorical, they want employees to embrace but when they do or provide feedback they are punished. Employees quit because of the abuse, blame, and lack of clear direction and strategy from upper management
