Pros

Smaller company with a strong foothold in their industry. Worked there for several years and watched them grow in revenue. They have a great product and really stand out from the competition.

Cons

Small company issues. Review growth almost every year I was there but the company added zero personnel to handle the growth. Major turnover in senior management following acquisition. Little to now stream of communication within the organization. Pay is not in line with other competitors within the same industry.

Pros

The people I worked with were honestly great. Some of the products are genuinely good, which drives authentic belief in the company's mission. Benefits were okay.

Cons

There's a dangerous lack of imagination in leadership, who were seemingly caught unprepared for the end of ESSER funding and the market downturn in 2025. Multiple rounds of layoffs have demoralized staff and led to a lot of uncertainty, which is unlikely to improve.
